Aleve Cold and Sinus and a pot of Chammomile tea. And Ricola makes sugar free cough drops which aren't bad. By the way, you may have read Aleve was found to contribute to heart problems-- if you read the fine print it's only if you are elderly, and take more than the recommended dosage on a daily basis for months. It does the trick better than anything.

That sounds like an effective combination. I hadn't heard that Aleve was dangerous - but good to have the warning and the disclaimer all in one go in case I do. Aleve isn't available up here - we have a friend who imports it for her own use sometimes because she misses it otherwise. Actually, you did too once.
