Lots of time has passed, but not *quite* as much as you think it might have. For about seven years, they made unexpectedly fast gains in their work, when the Toronto Yellow Pages were split up: East Toronto, West Toronto, Etobicoke, Scarborough etc. all getting their own books. This year, the Yellow Pages have been re-amalgamated, so their finish year has slipped back by seven or eight years as a result.
