Coming home from some tasty curry via bus, I looked out the window and saw a store, closed for the night. Its facade read:
Imports --- Exports
Feelings

That's fabulous--I wonder what shopping there would be like? "I've got a special on happy, two for one, how does that sound?" "I was hoping for a little more disappointment, really."

Cute icon, too! :)

I was wondering about the import/export aspect of the business. From where does Britain import most of its emotions? What are its major export partners?

Thank you! Like most of the ones I didn't make myself, this one is by [livejournal.com profile] iconsbycurtana.

Surely Britain must export happy feelings, since there's such a DEARTH of them actually IN the country (particularly when faced with snow on Easter weekend).

Quite who we send them to, though, I don't know.

we send good emotions to Canada, i think. or New Zealand. perhaps Italy or Spain? and they send us their grumpiness and misery.

I bet Portugal gets some of our good ones! I'm sure Florida (albeit not a country ;p) gets loads too.

And on the topic of Florida, I reckon Disney World sends us ALL their bad thoughts!

It'll be more photogenic during the day, but I'm betting it'll have clothing in the window for distraction. At night, gated up, it was very effective. It's not more than a mile away from home, so I'll go back at some point and get you your picture.
