My daughter's high school makes a very big deal on Pi Day. There will be much eating of pie, math games and lots of bad puns.

For me, one of the worst things about 9/11 is that afterwards I've always got this slightly scared and uncertain feeling about which way round dates should be written.

It's too bad there's no 31st of April - otherwise you could celebrate Pi day then. Or a fourteenth month of the year.
