I've had a good day. I had a good day because it was the first day in about 3 weeks which I was fully prepared for. I was ready for Latin class. I could catch up in badminton. I could nearly finish off a project for work, and those errant business cards were finally ready. (Admittedly, I was told they would take 3 days and be cheap. They took 3 weeks and were expensive.)
I got lots of intensive training in the two shots I missed last week and could even do them decently by the end of class: drop shot and underhand. On the downside, practicing the drop shot means my wrist has been feeling worn out all day. It's made writing more challenging. In Latin, we're still reading Bernard's suggestions to go out and kill lots of enemies in the name of Christ, but only if you're a Knight Templar.
Plans are in the works for a mass Harry Potter opening-day expedition. And this Friday I'll be seeing the LOTR exhibit! Hurray!
Now... I need to put together a new, revised, better thought out plan for the year - or at least the week - so I can get to work on the things that really matter.

Re: Harry Potter juju
Annoyingly, I just noticed that I'll have to skip anime yet again to go along with the group, since the time they've chosen to see it directly conflicts. That'll be two months running I've not been and I hardly ever made it this summer. On the other hand, it's not like my membership runs out anytime soon, after they renewed it until 2004.
