In the past two days, I learned...
...that Space Invaders are taking over the planet, city by city. They've made more progress in Paris than anywhere else. There is so much street art here that they blend in, subtly, stealthily. (They're in London too!)
...to beware of stealth ginseng tea in otherwise innocuous fruit juices.
...that popcorn does not go all that well with foie gras.
...that I know of a surprisingly large number of animals which begin with the letter O.
...that Berthillon is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
...that basil goes sumptuously well with dark chocolate. (Special of the month at Cocoa et Chocolat!)
...that the Tour Eiffel is very sparkly from the hour until eight minutes after exactly.
