Also, thanks to the wonderful medievalist, I can now read Chaucer again in convenient Riverside form! This'll be a good aid for polishing up the Chaucer mnemonic I was working on the other week.

Dinner was quite satisying: we had over the first dinner guest in longer than I can remember. (As opposed to house guests. We've had several of those since we last had a dinner guest.) It's been a very good week for catching up with Long Lost Friends.
