Funny enough, I was introduced to Dar Williams at Smith, and on our second day there, we were on our way down Main St. to Barts (it's now out of business), we saw her come in, get ice cream, and walk out. About 10 first years from my house started tearing down the street after her because one of us was a huge fan and even had this lunchbox she had gotten signed years before by Dar at a concert in Texas.

The concert sounds like it was wonderful.

Barts is out of business? As long as Herrell's is still doing well.

I'm so glad she was in town. Technically, this is the second time she's played in town since I arrived, but I was less interested in hearing her play as an opening act for someone else.
