April second, and it's snowing furiously with large wet spring flakes outside. The pour of rain and rush of wind kept me from sleeping enough last night. At least I don't need to go anywhere today.

Snow! And I'd blithely assured [livejournal.com profile] suslikuk that it would certainly be lovely and springlike here tomorrow.

I will stay in the warmth, accomplish a great deal of work, play with my new Playmobil moose and rotisserie chicken rack (two different sets), eat wonderful leftover Indian food, and try to cross as many things off of my to-do list as I can.

I don't know how many Playmobil sets you have, but I am jealous, nevertheless. Me and mom teamed up to get my nephews a few sets for xmas, but I ended up with one extra viking boat, because mom had already bought it, and I forgot to return it.

The boats float! You can play in sinks and baths with it! The only boat I have right now is a pirate row boat, but I'm probably going to give in and buy more Viking sets before long. I have the sea serpent currently - that's a good bath toy too.

I have been making up for lost time with Playmobil. I "discovered" it about seven years ago. Including all the random individual figures, I could well have upwards of fifty or so sets by now. With Christmas-related sets alone, I think I have eight or nine. Strangely, I have no buildings. I have a ruined tower, and that's it. But I have a great many trees.

Hello! Caro's housemate here, just to let you know that it's not a complete stranger 'friending' you. Hope you don't mind? Was good to meet you - Colin, right? ;-) You must come and visit again...

Hello! I don't mind in the least. Of course it's Colin. ;)

I would love to come visit again. The cats were particularly fun to play with.

I love sea serpents. I must have a reptile fetish, because turtles and sea serpents (and the Loch Ness Monster... sigh!) and dinosaurs just make me grin.

And a MOOSE, too.
