A fellow Cowper fan! I'm so happy to know that about you! Most people I encounter have never heard of Cowper. I developed a fascination in my teens that I've never quite recovered from.

We took it in 18th c. lit--which I remember as a very tough class--so perhaps fan is stretching it in terms of knowledge. But it's great stuff.

It doesn't surprise me at all that you would like 18th-century stuff ;)
