Nestlé announced (back in August) that they would be launching Christmas-pudding Flavoured KitKats, and that they should be out by October in the UK.

So... are they any good, or just as much of a waste as the Hershey S'more bars are?

that sounds vile. the white chocolate kit-kats are pretty gross too. I love the original one though...I wouldn't mind seeing a dark chocolate variety either.

I've tried the dark chocolate variety - they went on sale here sometime in the last six months. As a fan of dark chocolate, I'd say they're an improvement on the original. I haven't been able to bring myself to try the new caramel or strawberry ones though.

Apparently they're also released a lime variety in the UK.

I think I'm gonna make an actual Christmas pudding this year.

Figgy, of course.

Figgy pudding! That sounds wonderful.

I get to have Christmas pudding this year, but it shall likely be fig-free. Colin's mother goes all out with traditional British Christmas foods. I'm sure she made the fruitcake last month already, so it could marinate long enough.

I read a very tasty fig recipe yesterday, so they've been on my mind.

There's a Lemon Cheesecake KitKat flavor here in Japan. And it's surprisingly good, actually (or so I thought).

hi S! They launched a couple of special-edition kit kats here but not, to my knowledge, a Christmas pudding one. They launched a Seville Orange one (it's a chunky kit kat with a layer of orange jelly (yum) and I think the other has a caramel layer.
