Learned yesterday: I know an unexpectedly large number of people who've travelled in helicopters and hot air balloons. And, despite the recent spate of first-time fliers, thus far 100 percent of poll respondents have flown on a plane - although for five of you, your first time was within the past year. Far more of you have been flying since before you can remember flying - or so I suspect from the large numbers of people who started flying 20-40 years ago.

I had scarce posted yesterday's poll on planes when all sorts of new related pollish enquiries developed. Hence, a second in as many days. Also, I started wondering about boats - but they can wait for another week. Anyways, they'd make the poll too spammy.

That should, of course, be "I have love/really enjoy flying on airplanes." But you knew that.
