Three events qualify as a theme running through my day, especially since each of them happening was unrelated to the others. Firstly, I'm wearing a Veneto-Iowa sister state t-shirt today. Secondly, I ran into Therese who's going to be visiting my parents in Venice in a few weeks, so of course that's what we talked about. Thirdly, my new journal numbering report assignment for Iter involved doing reports on the newsletter of the Venetian Civic Museums.
