Happy Springtime!

Starting around the middle of last week, the bright sunny clear blue days have been alternating with drizzling rain and grey skies, in true springlike fashion. Today is a dismal-looking drizzly day, but at least nearly all the snow has now melted. Admittedly, this makes the world look more drab than when it was covered in snow, but ups the odds that there will be flowers soon.

When we got home, we had flowers blooming in our garden!!!! Little droopy white ones. And along one side of the house, the crocuses are thinking really hard about blooming....

Oooh, flowers! I keep eyeing the flower shop as I go by it on the streetcar. It's very tempting to buy some about-to-bloom bulbs as long as I don't have any planted myself.

Yup, in true springlike fashion it is cold and damp as I cycle to work, lovely and sunny during the day as I'm stuck inside, and freezing cold and raining as I cycle home in the dark.

Does it do traditional summer weather too? Windy and raining whenever I want to do any archery, then brightening up just after I give up hope for the day.
