Missing, presumed windy
On the ferry back to Dover, nearing England, we spotted what sure looked like an enormous off-shore windfarm somewhere north of us. Google Maps, about our only convenient relevant resource, had nothing on it. I figured it was because wind farms probably aren't very visible by satellite; in fact, it's also because the wind farm only officially opened today.
Heteronormative assumptions
I've been filling out hotel feedback forms. One irritating one, perhaps because the system knew I had stayed there as a party of two people, gave me only the following three options of titles to choose from on the feedback form: 1) Mr. 2) Mrs./Ms. 3) Dr.

Chocolate Week is coming up in mid-October! Lots more events will be posted, but plenty of them already are.

P.S. I have no windmill icon. This must be remedied. This is the fourth icon in two days I have concluded I needed. Hmm.

We thought it was very cool, and strikingly attractive, to be honest... we kept trying to take pictures from the shore that did justice to how intriguing it looks from a distance (having no immediate refeernce for how big the wind turbines are - one guesses immediately they are huge, and far away, but cannot be certain because the only thing near them, is others of their kind. ("These cows are small, those cows are far away.")
