Our next-door neighbor inspired us with a gift of wild garlic flowers (and stems and leaves).
The internet (by way of a recipe from the relatively-local Mark Hix) provided the suggestion of wild garlic flower fritters. (Frying is in progress in the photo below.)

[livejournal.com profile] flickgc provided the inspiration for the pea shoots.
[livejournal.com profile] printperson posted a recipe for baked asparagus.
We bought the wine when visiting Clitheroe with C.'s parents.

A good dinner for two of us, thanks to everyone's help.

The wine merchant in Clitheroe is a gem. They have a fantastic range of Lustau sherries.
