* 20ml water
* 10ml soy sauce
* 40g self-raising flour
Instructions:
1. pre-heat the oven to 210 C
2. eat the self-raising flour
3. throw the water away
4. slice the soy sauce
5. bake for 80 minutes and serve hot

You will need:
60ml apple sauce
10g sprouts
Instructions:
pre-heat the oven to 200 C
microwave the sprouts
throw the sprouts away
defrost the apple sauce
bake for 50 minutes and serve hot

My favourite instruction has involved toasting yoghurt. I can envisage the toaster explosion right now... ;-)
