Blindingly bright blue skies. A fairly strong sun given it's mid-winter. Strong winds. It's going to be an interesting day to be outdoors.
My weekend was a lazy one, with much socialization and game-playing, both of the computer variety and the board game type. I baked chocolate chip cookies and cheese puffs. I ruined a batch of the cookies by inconveniently forgetting that the oven runs at least 25° too hot, but the rest were tasty. I'm so distractable, especially on weekends when C. isn't working either. It's only the beginning of term, but I'm looking forward to having real amounts of time to do my own work come summer vacation.
