Congratulations to Jenene on passing her specialist exam! It was rather satisfying to hear her sounding so enthused about her academic work for the first time in ages. She's all prepared to go and write her dissertation immediately. I'm impressed!
The Harry Potter dilemma resolved itself - Cat wasn't going to the late showing after all, so I can join nearly everyone at the 7pm showing. Yes, this does mean I miss UTARPA yet again. Oh well. The LOTR is $20 cheaper if I buy it online - and it comes with free shipping. It starts to sound like more of a bargain when I think of it this way.
