Yes! I didn't call them poetry, but really, they are exemplary examples of the genre known as "bad poetry" - and bad for good reasons too, the challenges of writing poetry in a language one is not fluent in, merely competent. If I wrote poetry in Italian, it would probably read like these do to us.
