I feel sorry for anyone on the Dundas, College, Spadina, and Bathurst lines right now. I've never seen so many streetcars: I counted 22 in two blocks. Spadina and Dundas are rerouting onto the same stretches of Bathurst and College (presumably both because of accidents). Meanwhile, eastbound College (along with all those Spadina and Dundas cars) are getting backed up behind... a cement truck laying cement. I'm sure when they scheduled track maintenance, they were thinking there would only be one car every 10 minute coming along to worry about. Not 22 of them.
