I've mentioned syndication before, but it was always to the frustration of free users. Well, as of today, free users can make use of the syndication feature too! And if you know who he is and have nothing better to do with your syndication points, you could always add colins_journal to your list and see when he updates his non-LJ weblog. But at this point it'll use up about half your syndication points to do so, if you're a free user.
